Construction of a 6-storey residential building in Palaio Faliro, Athens.
The building has a contemporary design with the elegant curves of the balconies embracing the central trapezoidal volume. The earthy colors of the external facades make it timeless, while the external sliding shades that protect it from the strong sun of Attica give it a dynamic appearance that changes depending on the time of day.
The building will consist of 4 3-bedroom apartments, one on each of the four fist floors and one 4-bedroom maisonette with a laundry-room and space for a Jacuzzi and a BBQ on the balcony.
